Green Book 2025. On march 11, 2024, the biden administration released the fiscal year 2025 budget, and the “general explanations of the administration’s fiscal year 2025 revenue proposals,” which is commonly referred to as the “green book.” Following are highlights of the new green book proposals:

Reproposes to increase the corporate income tax rate from 21% to 28%. To accompany the administration’s budget, treasury releases the general explanations of the administration’s revenue proposals which provides an explanation of the administration’s revenue proposals for that fiscal year.
